HIIT SESSIONS
The strength, stamina and mental gain are undeniable as this session is a friendly but competitive environment. We work in small groups of 6-10 to provide individual attention to everyone. It is the closest you can get to a tailored Personal Training Session but in a Group setting. In JUST 30 minutes of HIIT, you will learn to Train safely, improve your fitness and meet like minded people.
